The Efusion DUO DNA133/200 by Lost Vape is the first fully customizable DNA200 device on the market, giving vapers the option to use either dual high amp 18650 batteries (max output of 133W) or a 1300mAh 3S LiPo Battery (max output of 200W). The body of the Efusion DUO is precisely CNC machined out of 6063-T6 Aluminum, polished, and dipped in an anodized finish to give the mod a glossy fresh look. Unlike the previous Efusion DNA200 Mod, the Efusion DUO features a sliding stainless steel ball bearing battery panel that is removable and replaceable. Both dual 18650 batteries and the 1300mAh 3S LiPo Battery can be charged directly through the mod via Micro USB cord.
This device comes with a pre-installed fitted dual 18650 battery sled that is ready to use with pre-soldered terminal leads & mounting screws. In addition, the Efusion DUO setting is preset to the DNA133 configuration and must be changed through Escribe to achieve the DNA200 configuration. While the DNA200 initially required an 11.1V nominal input, Evolv is pushing out a firmware update that will allow the chip to operate in a reduced-voltage mode, thereby permitting the use of two high amp 18650 batteries in serial configuration. In order to compensate for the drop in peak voltage, the wattage ceiling will be reduced from 200W to 133W while using the dual 18650 battery configuration.
If you prefer the convenience of dual 18650 batteries and 133W is sufficient for your vaping needs, then you can simply enjoy the performance of the Efusion DUO DNA133 straight out of the box. However, if 133W is not enough power or you decide you want to experience the full 200W, you can remove the pre-installed battery sled and install the LiPo Battery. After installing the LiPo Battery correctly, a simple setup in Escribe is required and your Efusion DUO DNA200W should be ready to use.
